Oska was very helpful and kind with his time to answer my many questions. The hat arrived undamaged and as beautiful as I could have hoped. I went with Oska’s advice of buying it 1cm large to allow it so shrink down and fit. Cannot wait for sunshine and the opportunity to wear this hat more.

Great hat!

The hat is awesome, and while I know it will take a bit to shrink to my head, I wish it were faster. When I wear it I'm afraid the hat will fly off in the wind.
Other than that...no complaints! Quality and service are there. Looking forward to more wide brim options in the future!
