Great hat!

Thank you so much for the rush shipment! I paid extra for express and the hat arrived to the midwest US in 10 calendar days, which got it to me before my next trip! I'm excited to own a nice hand crafted hat. Sizing is as described, a little loose to allow for shrinkage, I added spacers for the perfect fit. I think that this hat is a good choice for my frequent travels! I love the quality and that new hat smell! Enormous upgrade from my $20 sidewalk purchase in Panama with the wonky brim. I'm considering an additional Panama now and will have no trouble buying from Truffaux and recommending them to others.

Great hat and amazing customer service

Oska was really helpful online before purchasing my Traveller. He answered all my questions and spent time e-mailing me to ensure I had the perfect fit.

The hat itself arrived much quicker than I expected and came with instructions and hat spacers that are removable to refine the fit. The hat also just looks amazing, it is a work of art and the pictures online don’t do it justice. I couldn’t be happier.
