Cacao Nectar

I start my morning every day in a couple of teaspoons and some hot oat milk, not too hot. It’s just a perfect little lift to get my day going and keep me on an even keel

Went in for a wander on my morning walk and walked out with cute bunny hat for my grandchild AND a bag of cacao nectar - great being able to try it!!
Its now replaced my morning coffee! YUM 😋

We love our Cacao Nectar after first trying it in the Olinda Hat Shop many winters ago, which is not where you expect to try hot chocolate.
While my husband was trying on hats I was offered a taste of the cocao nectar and was surprised by the warming combination of flavours, it was quite unexpected. I went back for a second taste and was then hooked. I bought a big bag right then and there and we’ve been enjoying it ever since. It’s a particular favourite while winter camping around a cozy fire. No marshmallows required!

Truly the most delicious heart opening plant medicine I have ever tasted.
I look forward to my morning Cacao and have noticed less sugar cravings during the day, as well as more connection and empathy towards everyone.
