Our Shipping & Returns Policies make life easy
We offer a full 30-day FULL refund for any purchase you make (including our shipping costs). The only stipulation is that the hat is in the same condition as when we shipped it to you. We ask that you contact us before returning first. Sometimes people will perceive their hat as the wrong size, without understanding how we can adjust the sizing very easily. Exceptionally rarely, customers worry that a hat is not the same as the website. Honestly, they will never be exactly the same, because every single hat is different. All our hats are handwoven, and each weaver has a different idea of how weave should look. Sometimes it will be amazingly better than the website. It just depends on how you look at it. Our policy is to ship the best hat that we have on hand, to satisfy an order. But if you wish to return it, we are happy to do so.
Exchange Policy. Exchanges for a different size or colour of the same style are easy. The quickest way is to place an order for what you want and we will apply a credit to your card on receipt of the returned item. Alternatively, you can receive a credit that equals the total amount paid for the item you are returning. You can then easily repurchase your new item using that credit.
How long should it take to process my exchange? The exchange is shipped as a brand-new order. The transit time of your order depends on the shipping service level you chose during checkout.
How long will it take to process my return? Our warehouse processes returns within two business days of receipt. You have ten days from that point to either exchange your item using your instant credit or be issued a refund. If you do prefer a refund, please allow a minimum 3-5 days for your bank to credit your original form of payment.
When should I mail back the item(s) I want to exchange? Return your unwanted item(s) as soon as you can. Please remember to include the original packing invoice. You have 30 days to get your items back to us once it is approved.
How do I exchange an item I believe to be damaged? If you think you’ve received a damaged or defective item, please contact our us at email@example.com and include the following info:
*The original order number & your current shipping address
*A short description of the damage
*Photographs of the defective or damaged item
Return Shipping. We are unable to provide pre-paid shipping labels for international orders. Therefore, international customers will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. For assistance with your international return, please us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
In any case - we are easy going with the whole process. If you don't like your hat, then send it back to us.
