In the event that you are not satisfied with your Truffaux, we will gladly exchange or refund your purchase. Naturally, the sooner you talk to us the better, but you are covered for 30 days regardless.
We also offer free exchange shipping. If you are not happy with the size, return it to us, and we will ship the new size at no charge whatsoever. There is just no point having a hat that doesn't fit.
If the hat isn't what you had in mind - simply contact us, and we will refund the purchase price on return of the goods in satisfactory condition. Please use registered post for all returns, just to make things trackable.
