TRUFFAUX HAT PACKAGING
When shipping locally and internationally, all the hats are boxed carefully to prevent any damage in transit. This packaging involves the use of foam band protection and placing the hat in a specially constructed holding frame. This frame holds the hat away form all surfaces of the box to ensure it arrives at your doorstep in perfect condition.
This form of packaging has never failed us, and although it may appear a bit excessive, it is very successful. In the unprecedented event that something arrives less than perfect, please contact us and we will sort it out quickly.
If GIFT WRAPPING is required, we will double wrap the box, such that the address and shipping details do not mar the packaging. Or if the package is being shipped directly to the recipient, then we will wrap and string the box in natural straw and paper. Please specify these needs at the time of order.
