the YAH-YAHS EXHIBITION
When we drove up there was a gaggle of Baby Austins sheltering outside Yah-Yahs - kind of surreal. Then we kept bumping into people we had met shooting across the whole country - even Tasmania.
So we popped off the doors to Yah-Yahs, jumped the gutter and drove in. It is an astonishingly small car, but the turning circle is bus-like - so we had to lift Lola's bum and jiggle her across the carpet.
Then the party started - hipsters, hat lovers, the curious, family, children, cupcakes, little shaved dogs, old frinds and new. Everyone climbing into the back of Lola, and having a funny party. It was hoot.
Gargantuan thanks go out to everyone who came - and everyone who helped.
We all made strange and beautiful art - and that is the prize.
